We target geographic locations which are lifestyle destinations with growing populations and diverse economic job centers. Our goal is to improve asset quality and reach the level of similar properties within the submarket.
Once we have acquired asset the asset, we begin repositioning through:
- Adding extensive capital improvements.
- Reducing expenses through achieving operational efficiencies and implementing institutional-quality property management.
- Creating a value proposition for residents, who receive a higher quality product at a lower price relative to competing properties.
After a typical hold period of 3 to 5 years, we will sell the multifamily community as a stabilized asset.
We partner with various institutional equity partners including private equity funds, investment banks, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
